Willem van den Burg, Managing Director van Metos B.V. (Metos Nederland), gaat na zeven intensieve en bewogen jaren met pensioen. In goed overleg heeft Willem besloten dat het tijd is voor een nieuwe fase in zijn leven. Per 1 november 2025 draagt hij zijn taken over en sluit hij zijn periode bij Metos af.
We willen hem bedanken voor alles wat hij voor ons bedrijf heeft betekend. Willem leidde Metos met toewijding en veerkracht, ook in uitdagende tijden en bij onverwachte wendingen. Hij bleef altijd koersvast, mensgericht en betrokken. Dankzij zijn leiderschap staan we vandaag sterk en klaar voor de toekomst.

Per 1 november 2025 verwelkomen wij Bob van Dijk als nieuwe Managing Director van Metos Nederland. Bob studeerde Technische Bedrijfskunde in Groningen en deed ruime internationale ervaring op bij onder meer AkzoNobel, ERIKS, Makro, KEW en Prodrive Technologies. Hij brengt brede expertise mee in onderhoud & service, projecten, sales en de inzet van digitalisering en automatisering.

Willem van den Burg, Managing Director of Metos B.V. (Metos Netherlands), will retire after seven intensive and eventful years.
In close consultation, Willem has decided that it is time for a new chapter in his life. As of November 1, 2025, he will hand over his responsibilities and conclude his time at Metos.
We would like to thank him for everything he has contributed to our company. Willem led Metos with dedication and resilience, even during challenging times and unexpected turns. He remained steadfast, people-focused, and deeply involved. Thanks to his leadership, we stand strong today and are ready for the future.

As of November 1, 2025, we welcome Bob van Dijk as the new Managing Director of Metos Netherlands. Bob studied Industrial Engineering & Management in Groningen and gained extensive international experience at companies including AkzoNobel, ERIKS, Makro, KEW, and Prodrive Technologies. He brings broad expertise in maintenance & service, projects, sales, and the implementation of digitalization and automation.
